Shipping Costs & Delivery Schedules

Dahlia tuber pre-orders will be shipped from mid-April through May after the danger of frost had passed.

We’re shipping across Canada and USA, shipping fee is flat $18 regardless of number of dahlia tubers in the order. Roses flat fee $35. Seeds $5 (no tracking). When items are combined in one order, shipping fees are combined as well. USA shipping fees include phytosanitary certificate issued by CFIA.

During Checkout you will see the total price, including taxes, shipping and handling charges, in Canadian or US dollars before you place your order. Your credit card will be charged in Canadian or US dollars according to the charges displayed during Checkout. 

Your credit card will be charged at the moment of completing checkout in order to reserve pre-ordered items.

Title to the products in your order is transferred from Lily's Garden Store to you when your credit card is charged and your products are shipped. Risk of loss with respect to the products in your order is transferred from Lily's Garden Store to you when your order is delivered to you. This transfer of title does not affect our returns policy.

Please reference estimated delivery date during checkout to determine when your order will arrive based upon your order time.

We ship Canadian orders from mid-April through May on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, weather permitting. We ship USA orders once a week.

Business Days

All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within Canada.

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email.  The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the email. To track an order on lilysgardenstore.com, visit the Account Information area. You will need to sign in to access your account information.

Combining Orders

Regrettably, we are unable to combine orders at this time due to the high volume of orders and tight timelines during the shipping period. In rare cases where we do combine orders at our discretion, we will include a bonus tuber of equal or greater value than the additional shipping fee, selecting a beautiful dahlia variety not already included in your order.

Should you specifically prefer NOT to receive a bonus tuber, please indicate it in the comments section of your second order at checkout.
