Early Shipping Request (March 2025)

1. Please add this item to cart if you would like your dormant tuber or rhizome order to be shipped early. We're located in zone 5, so the earliest we can ship would be March 2025. The fee reflects the cost of thermal insulation + heat packs, possible shipping method upgrade and additional handling time required for pulling select orders early. 

2. Please note that early shipping can only be applied toward an order of dormant tubers or rhizomes. All live plants and rooted cuttings will need to be ordered separately, as they ship at a later date.

3. While we make every effort to pack the items safely, early shipping is ordered at customer's own risk. Please make sure you can accept the order in March 2025 prior to ordering early shipping. We cannot be held responsible for a sudden weather change.  Purchase of this item means you were made aware of these terms and condition and agree with them. If you're not comfortable with accepting the risk, please do not order early shipping, and wait for your order to be delivered during our regular shipping window of mid-April through May 2025.

4. You can add Early Shipping Request to an existing order. Please place your additional order via the same customer account, so name and shipping information is the same. Please indicate order number(s) that you would like to be shipped early in the order comments section in the cart. Click on "Add a note to your order" and a text box will appear. Please see example below.
